THE THINKING BEHIND THE DRAW

A clear competition.
A calmer organiser.

Competition Brackets is a free tournament toolkit by Team Psynapse for small clubs, friends and community events.

What this version supports

Single-elimination brackets with 2–64 competitors and round-robin leagues with 2–20 competitors. Byes, manual or random seeds, optional third place, home-and-away fixtures, numeric scores, configurable league points and one secondary tie-break are supported.

Where organiser judgement matters

Check your sport’s rules, venue availability and rest periods. This version does not handle double elimination, Swiss pairing, sets, disciplinary deductions, head-to-head tie-breaks, registrations, entry fees or automated venue optimisation.

Saving and sharing

Browser drafts work without an account. Cloud saving and read-only links require configured Azure sign-in; the organiser shows its actual availability. Anyone with a shared link can see that tournament’s names, scores and schedules. Private account data is not a public directory.

Corrections and recovery

Changing a knockout winner can invalidate later results and schedules. You see a confirmation before those affected matches clear. Keep JSON backups of important competitions; export before resetting, deleting or restoring records.
